For the straight white version, it's even easier - just wire up the power and ground connections, hook the control box harnesses to the new lamps, zip tie the wiring in place, and that's it. For the switchback version, just plug in to the existing turn signal harness, run power to the under-hood fuse box using the included add-a-fuse circuit, which plugs right in attach the control box wires to the new bezel lamps, attach the ground connection, and you're done. Wiring is simple - the included wiring harness is almost completely plug-and-play. The new bezels pop in to the OEM bumper just like the factory part, no tools required. It goes great with the gloss black grill surround, and adds a bit of class compared to the stock matte-finish bezels. The bezels themselves are finished in a gloss piano black, just like the original WRX S4 item. We also offer a switchback version where the white bar turns amber to function as an auxiliary turn signal. This strip glows hyper white (about 6000K color temperature) to function as a daytime running lamp (DRL). It gives the car that touch it was missing.These striking fog lamp bezels feature an LED bar running across the center strip - just like the high-end JDM-only WRX S4 model. The LED strip is super bright and looks great when paired with the OEM limited low beams. Installing them was very simple and fitment was 95%.

These were a great addition to the front end, I installed them along with a fog light kit and it really added a great look to the front end. I tapped into the empty 12v acc spot in the fuse box so they come on whenever the key is in the acc or on position. If using the 15A spot, they will only come on with the high beams. A note about installation, if you tap into the 30a fuse spot, these will only turn on if your low or high beams are on. But the DRL light is great and easily visible during broad daylight.

Ill be running them with the DD clights and their switchbacks for more visibility. Amber LEDs during signaling arent bright enough to stand on their own. Also on one of the bezels, the edge was wavy and straight. I only found out because I found the piece in the shipping package, so ill chalk that up to being damage during shipping. Fitment was just ok, although that may be because one of the tabs that insert into your bumper had a small piece broken off. I purchased the switchback version and my only complaints are that the amber LEDs arent bright enough and the build quality could use some improvement.

It was an especially easy install for me because I had my bumper off for something else. I put the add-a-fuse on the 12V ACC fuse so it just runs whenever the key is in the on position. They popped right in and all the wiring worked. They arrived well packaged, no damage, nice finish on them.

But sad to say someone hit my car while it was parked and took just the one bezel and it was the driver side, so I had to repurchase again.
